RETURNS You have 7 business days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item: – Must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. – Must be returned in its original packaging. – Must have the receipt or proof of purchase included.
REFUNDS Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending upon your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

MyPAL is guaranteed for 60 months from date of purchase. This guarantee covers any defects that may be attributed to the manufacturing and assembly process. MyPAL also has a 12 month warranty from date of purchase against any damage that may be the result of mishandling by a forklift operator. We will replace or repair the damaged part that is rendered useless. Customer is only responsible to pay for shipping cost.
